According to The Octorara Family of Churches, by Wayne Morris (Honey Brook, PA: Herald Publishing Co., 1960), the Middle Octorara Presbyterian Church, Quarryville, Pennsylvania, was organized in 1727. Records of this congregation deposited with the society include:
