Russell E. Hall Gift Hall's Index, the culmination of decades of Mr. Hall's effort, is the definitive genealogy of American Presbyterian congregations. PHS staff uses this Index each day to respond to queries from synods, presbyteries, congregations, family historians, and researchers needing to locate information on a particular church. Mr. Hall's gifts of time, intellect, and resources is most gratefully received.
