Deaths

Ed StaziOn October 2, 2000, Ed Stazi, the Presbyterian Historical Society's engineer, died suddenly at his home. Ed joined the PHS staff in 1959 and was instrumental in overseeing the construction of our present building at 425 Lombard Street. Until a spate of recent illnesses, Ed was on site at 5:00 a.m. each morning to assure that every bolt was in place and all emergencies resolved before staff and patrons began arriving. Ed is survived by a daughter, son-in-law, and three grandchildren.
