Transcripts and Education Verification
The Presbyterian Historical Society serves as the repository for student records from several closed Presbyterian schools and colleges. Former students and alumni of these schools may request their official transcripts directly from the society. Please note that we cannot offer replacement diplomas.
The society's holdings include student transcripts from:
Mary Holmes College
Boggs Academy * (see important note below)
Cook College and Theological School
Ganado Mission High School
Tucson Indian Training School
- $10.00 for each transcript request. (Transcript is sent by postal mail within 3-5 days of receipt of payment.)
With each paid request we receive, we will send either one transcript to the institution indicated on the form, or three transcripts in sealed envelopes to the student requesting them.
We cannot send transcripts via E-script. Official transcripts must be mailed. It is the requester's responsibility to plan ahead in order to meet application deadlines.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or check or money order made payable to the Presbyterian Historical Society.
The Transcript Request Form outlines the information required to fulfill transcript requests. It is necessary to complete the form, sign it, and return it along with payment. Please note that we require the signature of the student.
* Before requesting a transcript from Boggs Academy, please contact the reference staff ([email protected] or 215-627-1852) to confirm that we hold a copy of your transcript. This step is not necessary for transcript requests from Mary Holmes College or the other schools and colleges listed above.
The Presbyterian Historical Society provides education verification to potential employers (and third party companies on behalf of potential employers) of former students of the schools listed above.
Verification information includes: the former student's name, dates of attendance or graduation, the degree conferred (if any), and his or her major. The verification does not include grade information.
There is a $25 fee for this service. Payment must be received before the request is processed. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or check or money order made payable to the Presbyterian Historical Society.
